Dear readers, the second issue of student research journal "Nauka.me : Primus inter pares" was produced. It isn't accidental that we use this scrap of latin, literally translating as "the first among equals", because it's the fundamental principle of our journal. The editorial board of "Nauka.me" consciously consists only of students, thereby creating a unified student scientific platform. The Journal Nauka.me — project of our university, State Academic University for the Humanities. We are working hard on it to enable students, scholars from different corners of our vast country and abroad of course to publish their scientific studies.The second issue wasn't limited to one theme: it includes articles on international relations, political science, history, philosophy, law and economics.
